1: Add cooking oils at the right time
You must know the non-stick coating over your fry pan is nothing other than a chemical compound and can react with other food components to release poisonous substances if you don’t know the correct time to add cooking oil. Also, it affects the non-stick coating of your pan.

6: Use the right heat

High temperature can harm the non-stick coating of your non-stick pan and any other non-stick cookware, so, better use a medium or low flame while using non-stick pan. Always check the instructions manual for safe temperature and also check if the pan can be used in oven. If it is not mentioned in the manual better don’t use the pan in over for precautions sake as nothing in this world is as important as your health.
